Georgia Grown Reception

What better way to kick off the 2017 Georgia Agritourism Annual Conference than to celebrate with participants from Georgia Grown Trails Highway 37 and Highway 41. The Georgia Grown Trails are designed to highlight all of the amazing agriculture-related tourism along each highway. From U-pick farms, dairies, vineyards & wineries, farm tours, and restaurants using local products, the goal is to include anything related to farming and agriculture that a visitor could partake in, learn from, and generally enjoy!

Silent Auction

The Georgia Agritourism Association would like to thank all the Silent Auction Donors for contributing goods to further the mission and goals of the organization! Starting on Monday evening, February 27 and ending Tuesday, February 28…you will not want to miss these gifts! Bid High!!!

Kahoot! is a free, game-based learning platform that makes it fun to learn – any subject, in any language, on any device, for all ages! Used at the Georgia Grown Pavilion during the GA National Fair, it’s a great way to interact with customers, create competition and EDUCATE without adding another staff member. Players answer on their own (mobile) devices, while games are displayed on a common, shared screen to unite the lesson – creating a ‘campfire moment’ – encouraging players to look up.

Attendees at the GA Agritourism Annual Conference have never had trouble making a new friend or even finding a new supplier from our Exhibitors. A new competitive spin on networking this year is using Bingo cards with interesting facts about each person or their organization. Prizes will be given to the first attendee who completes a Bingo card. All other cards will be put into a raffle drum for a final drawing at the end of the Conference.
